As the former Senior Manager of Content Design for the Ontario Chamber of Commerce Skills Bridge Learning Management Systems Project (OCC Skills Bridge LMS), I have spent the last three years creating, curating, and evaluating hundreds of pieces of e-learning content to help businesses of all size upskill and reskill their workforces in a Canada wide Beta test.
What I learned is that most courses are designed with this assumption that a learner has time for an entire course or wants to learn about everything a course has in it. When it comes to Artificial Intelligence learners are looking for different things. Yet the current training solutions on the market keep treating them the same.
So as someone who has always been deeply drawn to stories, my team and I are launching Ali's A.I. Learning Lines. An interactive narrative driven course that let's users "travel" to different areas to learn about A.I. topics that interest them. This is all done in an engaging way using some of the A.I. technology that is all around us. They can stop and learn what they want and pass the destinations that don't interest them.
